Dessert for breakfast? Hell, Yeah!

Take your regular icecream and glam it up a notch with this easy-breezy Icecream sandwich recipe. There is nothing that a contraption between two cookies, can’t solve!

Servings = 4

You will need :

flavor

  • 1 pint of Icecream (any flavour)

  • 1 Pint of Cookie Dough

Method:

  1. Preheat oven to 180 degree celsius.

  2. Scoop out the cookie dough and flatten it into the desired shape

  3. Place it on a baking tray and pop it in the oven and let it bake for 10-12 mins.

  4. Take it out and let it cool completely.

  5. Scoop out your favourite ice cream and sandwich it between 2 cookies.

  6. Serve this deliciousness for breakfast and give yourself a pat on the back!

Note: You can use any flavor of ice cream and cookie dough as you like. Make sure the ice cream is absolutely firm when pressing between the two cookies.
