Chocolate Chip Cookies

Well, could baking cookies get easier than this? A two-step method with just one ingredient! Go on and serve your loved ones this indulgence, and soak in all the credit for being such a brilliant baker 😉


Time taken = 15 mins

Servings = 5

You will need :

  1. 1 jar of Scoopski Cookie Dough (any flavor – preference is Chocochip Cookie Dough)
  2. Extra chocolate chips/chocolate pieces


  1. Preheat oven to 180 degree celsius
  2. Scoop out the cookie dough and flatten it into the desired shape
  3. Place it on a baking tray and pop it in the oven
  4. Let it bake for 10-12 mins
  5. Take it out and let it cool

Note: The cookies will maintain the original shape and not rise. Let it cool completely before eating if you want crunchy cookies. For gooey cookies, bake for 2-3 minutes less.

Cookie Dough Hot Chocolate

Presenting to you, the mother of all Hot Chocolates ever! Like, come on, what’s not to love about a warm cup of hot chocolate on a cozy evening, right? We’ll give you one up – Cookie Dough Hot Chocolate will make you want to make this evening, a habit!


Time Taken: 10 mins

Servings = 2

You will need :

  • 1.5 cups Milk (regular/dairy-free)

  • 2 tablespoons sugar (any sugar alternative)

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • ⅛ tsp sea salt

  • ¼ cup chopped chocolate

  • ¼ cup of cocoa powder

  • 2 tbsp of Dark Chocolate Cookie Dough


  1. Heat the milk in a saucepan over medium heat and bring it to a boil.

  2. Continue cooking the milk over low heat and add the chocolate, cocoa, vanilla, and salt

  3. Let it cook for another 3-5 minutes

  4. Put 2 tbsp of Scoopski Cookie Dough into the serving glass

  5. Pour the hot chocolate into the glass and stir it well

  6. Top with torched mini marshmallows and chocolate sauce if you’re feeling fancy

Note: The texture might seem a little grainy initially but once mixed well, the cookie dough should feel like fudgy bites in the prepared hot chocolate.

Cookie Dough Icecream

This cookie dough ice-cream will be over before we can get to screaming!


Time Taken: 5 minutes

Serving: 4

You will need :


  1. Roll the Cookie Dough into round balls or pieces

  2. Mix the cookie dough chunks with the ice cream (kept at room temperature) and freeze it overnight

  3. Look into the mirror and say hello to the genius before gorging on the ice cream!

Note: You can use any flavour of ice cream and cookie dough as you like. The main step is to break the cookie dough into pieces and mix it with your icecream.

Cookie Dough Truffles

What if we tell you that you don’t have to wait for your next holiday to get your hands on the most exquisite and decadent chocolate truffles?

You can make them in the comfort of your home and pop in as many as you like! It just takes 10 mins!



Time Taken: 10 mins

Servings = 8 pieces

You will need :

  • 1 pint of Scoopski (any flavor)

  • 1 Cup melted chocolate (Milk/ Dark)


  1. Roll the cookie dough into medium-sized balls and dip it in the melted chocolate

  2. Coat this with sprinkles/cocoa powder/chocolate shavings/ freeze-dried berries

  3. Freeze the chocolate-dipped balls for 10-12 mins until firm.

  4. Juggle the truffles and pop it straight in your mouth!

Note: You can let the truffles harden at room temperature as well if you make it during winters. Make sure to consume it within 3-4 days if not kept frozen.



Icecream Cookie-Wich

Dessert for breakfast? Hell, Yeah!

Take your regular icecream and glam it up a notch with this easy-breezy Icecream sandwich recipe. There is nothing that a contraption between two cookies, can’t solve!

Servings = 4

You will need :


  • 1 pint of Icecream (any flavour)

  • 1 Pint of Cookie Dough


  1. Preheat oven to 180 degree celsius.

  2. Scoop out the cookie dough and flatten it into the desired shape

  3. Place it on a baking tray and pop it in the oven and let it bake for 10-12 mins.

  4. Take it out and let it cool completely.

  5. Scoop out your favourite ice cream and sandwich it between 2 cookies.

  6. Serve this deliciousness for breakfast and give yourself a pat on the back!

Note: You can use any flavor of ice cream and cookie dough as you like. Make sure the ice cream is absolutely firm when pressing between the two cookies.
